Season 3 of the DP World International League T20 is expected to be exciting, as six competing franchises will be joined by several prominent cricket players. The player signing window, which was open from June 15 to September 15, brought fresh talent to the competition.
This season, stars including Matthew Wade (Sharjah Warriorz), Jason Roy (Sharjah Warriorz), and Fakhar Zaman (Desert Vipers) will make their debut, performing at locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.
Gus Atkinson of England, who took 34 wickets in six Test matches during the summer, is back in the league and is currently playing for the Sharjah Warriorz. Tom Curran, who previously played with the Vipers, will support the Gulf Giants’ offensive line in the interim.
With the addition of West Indies abilities Roston Chase and Gudakesh Motie, who both excelled at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders have strengthened their roster. Hassan Khan of the USA and Allah Mohammad Ghazanfar, an up-and-coming spinner from Afghanistan, have also joined them.
Finally, in a bid to have a significant effect in Season 3, the Sharjah Warriorz have signed elite players like Adil Rashid and Jason Roy. Season 3 of the DP World ILT20 is looking to be an exciting tournament with more signings anticipated.
