Essex County Cricket Club has officially appointed Andy Tennant as the new director of their women’s team for the upcoming season. Tennant comes with a wealth of coaching experience, having recently served as the head coach of Sunrisers, There, using the earlier regional model, he led the team to triumph in the final Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, marking a noteworthy accomplishment.
